SYNOPSIS
Irréductibles is a film about men and women who have won battles that seemed lost in advance. Blocking nuclear power plants, sabotage to put an end to pollution at sea, ZADs to protect the forest... sometimes non-violently, sometimes clandestinely, what they all have in common is to be victorious in their struggle.

SEE COMPLETE PROFILEOlivier Dubuquoy is a filmmaker, geographer and environmental activist. He is known for his commitment to defending the ocean and the climate. Raising the alarm about red mud pollution in the Mediterranean, he co-directed the documentary film Zone Rouge (2016), and won a special jury mention at FIGRA 2017. In 2019, lanète Thalassa broadcasts Océan naissance d’une Nation, a documentary film dedicated to Olivier Dubuquoy’s actions to make the Ocean a common ground. In 2022 he completes his documentary film Irréductibles, a story of commitment and victorious environmentalist struggles.
