Olivier Dubuquoy
Olivier Dubuquoy is a filmmaker, geographer and environmental activist. He is known for his commitment to defending the ocean and the climate. Raising the alarm about red mud pollution in the Mediterranean, he co-directed the documentary film Zone Rouge (2016), and won a special jury mention at FIGRA 2017. In 2019, lanète Thalassa broadcasts Océan naissance d’une Nation, a documentary film dedicated to Olivier Dubuquoy’s actions to make the Ocean a common ground. In 2022 he completes his documentary film Irréductibles, a story of commitment and victorious environmentalist struggles.
