Shannon Walsh
Shannon Walsh is a Canadian filmmaker and screenwriter. She has written and directed many award-winning feature-length documentaries, as well as numerous short films and virtual reality projects. Her work is shown at film festivals around the world, and also exhibited in museum spaces, most notably the Venice Biennale and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Shannon is Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She is the recipient of the 2020 — 2021 Guggenheim Fellowship.
