Starting on September 22, the documentary film Tax Me If You Can, an investigation unveiling the mechanisms of tax havens, will begin its tour across Quebec. This film provides an in-depth analysis of tax evasion, allowing the wealthiest to hide their fortunes, often to the detriment of ordinary citizens.
Meet the philosopher Alain Deneault: Each screening will be followed by a discussion with philosopher Alain Deneault, author of critical essays on topics such as managerial ideology, the sovereignty of private powers, and the history of the polysemous notion of economy. He will provide unique insights into the issues addressed in the film, fostering collective reflection on tax justice and social responsibility.
